The Board of Directors are committed to providing first-class governance and strategic leadership to Mercy Connect.
The role of the board is to guide the organisation to meet its aims consistent with its core values.
Our vison is to foster a person-centred approach to delivering disability services which empowers people to live inclusive, connected and meaningful lives.
We work to uphold the rights, safety, personal dignity and privacy of all people who interact with Mercy Connect.
We also measure the success of our people, systems and processes to ensure the organisation is able to meet its present and future priorities.
The board adopts a governance policy which clearly defines the board’s own role and operating practices as well as its relationship with the Chief Executive Officer.
Through that policy we govern with an emphasis on outward vision, collective decisions, pro-active leadership and a focus on future development.
