Get Involved

Check out what Mercy Connect can help get you involved in. We have a range of programs and activities that give you the opportunity to learn new skills, take part in accredited training and be part of your local community. Go to our Vacancies Page and click on Day Program Vacancies to see what is on offer.

Community inclusion brings rewards

TAKING a person-centered approach and focusing on community inclusion, is enabling Mercy Connect to make a real, positive change in people’s lives.

The Vision Sculpture

The Vision is an artwork produced by our 2016 TAFE students as a dedication to former, present and future participants and the staff of Mercy Connect.

A Special Thanks

HELPING people is part of the job for Mercy Connect grounds coordinator, Geoff Bartel. So it was a bit of a surprise when Kyle Sullivan arrived one morning with a gift of some tomato seedlings.

Steve Whitby

A beaming smile and a sparkle in his eyes is the first thing you notice when Steve Whitby talks about his work with people with a disability. Steve is the Team Leader for the Mercy Connect, Vickers 2 house.
