Independence is a key component in helping you live a fulfilled life. So we provide assistance to enable you and your family spend time separate from one another.

We have services to help our people get out and about socially, attend appointments and assist with activities at home.

Our in-home and community supports are accessible to both adults and children to help them:

  • Be independent
  • Be part of their community
  • Receive support with daily living activities, like meal preparation and domestic chores
  • Be assisted to attend appointments or recreational events
  • Receive overnight support
  • Be assisted to spend time with friends.

Where can I receive in-home and community support?

The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at the following locations:

  • Albury/Wodonga
  • Orange
  • Narrabri.

What funding can I access to use these services?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will use the following terms to describe the funding you can use to purchase In-Home and Community Supports:

  • Assistance with daily life at home, in the community, in education or at work
  • Improved daily living skills
  • Improved living arrangements
  • Improved relationships
  • Increased social and community participation.

We can also assist in identifying other types of State or Australian Government funding.
