Due to the expansion of Mercy Connect’s operations in Albury and the opening of two new homes, we have some exciting leadership opportunities for those interested in further developing their career within the organisation.

Team Leader
- Vickers 1 / Wattle
- Oak House / Learning Centre
Assistant Team Leader
- New Kambora site.
A little bit more about the roles:
Team Leaders
- Permanent full-time roles (38 hours/week)
- Reports to relevant Operations Manager
- Level 4 of the SCHADS Award (paypoint to be determined by skills and experience)
- Monday to Friday, but the flexibility to work hands-on shifts and over weekends as required across seven days.
- A member of the On-Call roster.
Assistant Team Leader
- Permanent full-time roles (38 hours/week)
- Reports to relevant Team Leader
- Level 3 of the SCHADS Award (paypoint to be determined by skills and experience)
- Work across a 7 day per week rotating roster
- On-Call responsibilities, rostered within shifts.

- Proven ability to apply person-centred active support.
- Proven ability to accurately complete all participant documentation in a timely manner.
- Ability to review and implement skill development plans.
- Ability to coach staff to deliver positive outcomes for participant.
- Solution-focused and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Well-developed organisations skills including attention to detail.
