PARTNERSHIPS

Good things happen when organisations work together

We partner with businesses, community organisations, researchers, employers, and health providers who share our belief that people with disability deserve full, connected, meaningful lives. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.

WHY PARTNER WITH US

We don’t just want partners. We want collaborators.

For Mercy Connect, partnership isn’t about having a logo on a website. It’s about building long-lasting relationships that create real, measurable benefits for our participants, for your organisation, and for the regional communities we both call home.

We bring 30+ years of experience, a deeply values-driven culture, and a genuine desire to create arrangements that work for everyone. You bring your organisation’s strengths, networks, and shared commitment to doing good.

What you get when you partner with Mercy Connect

Deep regional roots
We’ve been part of the Albury-Wodonga and Central West NSW community for over 30 years. We know the people, the networks, and the needs.
Values alignment
Our values, Compassion, Respect, Innovation, Accountability, Teamwork, and Hospitality, translate into how we operate as a partner. We show up, we follow through, and we communicate clearly.
NDIS registered and trusted
As a registered NDIS provider and ACNC charity, we operate under rigorous quality frameworks. Partnering with us adds credibility to your community commitments.
Access to a motivated community
Our participants are engaged, enthusiastic contributors. Partnerships that involve them create genuine impact, and genuinely enjoyable experiences for everyone involved.
Flexible and collaborative
We don’t come with a rigid template. We work with you to design something that makes sense for both organisations and grows over time.

From first conversation to formal partnership

We make the process easy. Here’s what to expect from your initial enquiry through to an active, working partnership.

Send an enquiry

Fill in the form below or email us at enquiries@mercyconnect.org.au. Tell us who you are and what you’re thinking, even a rough idea is enough to start.

Initial conversation

Our team will respond within 3 business days. We’ll have an informal chat to understand your organisation and explore what a partnership could look like.

Partnership design

Together we map out what the partnership involves, objectives, activities, commitments, and outcomes. We focus on mutual benefit and, above all, participant impact.

Formal agreement

We document the partnership in a simple written agreement that clearly outlines roles, expectations, and how success will be measured.

Partnership begins

We launch the partnership with a clear plan, regular check-ins, and a named contact on both sides. We review it together at agreed intervals.

Partnership grows

The best partnerships evolve over time. We proactively look for ways to deepen and expand what we’re doing together.
