In Orange, staff joined Gerald Power from Indigenous Cultural Adventures for a Bush Tucka tasting experience, learning about the meaning and flavours of various native foods and plants and how to use them in cooking.![]()
Staff in Albury enjoyed a visit from local guest speaker, author, cultural educator and emerging leader Taylor Hampton of Birrang Cultural Connections, who spoke about his personal journey, what reconciliation means to him, and helped guide staff to develop their own Acknowledgement of Country. ![]()
From meaningful conversations to shared cultural learning, we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue strengthening our understanding and commitment to Reconciliation. It’s an ongoing journey, and we’re proud to continue learning together.![]()

Mercy Connect is seeking people with disability to join our new Participant Advisory Group and help shape the future of our services and supports.![]()
This group will provide an opportunity for participants to share their ideas, lived experiences, and feedback to help us improve programs and find new ways to better support people in our community.![]()
We’re looking for people who:
✅ Identify as living with disability
✅ Are passionate about improving services
✅ Are willing to share feedback and experiences
✅ Enjoy working collaboratively with others![]()
The group will meet approximately four times per year in accessible formats, with participants receiving a $50 gift card for each meeting attended.![]()
