Important Update: NDIS Pricing Arrangements Effective 1 July 2026

At Mercy Connect, we are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred supports and services to the people we work alongside. We value the trust you place in us and appreciate the opportunity to support you in achieving your goals.

We would like to inform you of an update to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for the 2026–27 financial year.

What is changing?

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has released updated NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits that took effect from 1 July 2026.

Consistent with your Service Agreement with Mercy Connect, supports and services delivered by Mercy Connect will be charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits in effect at the time services are delivered. This means that from 1 July 2026, the relevant line items within your Service Agreement will be charged at the applicable NDIS rates published by the NDIA.

How will this affect me?

The supports you receive and the way Mercy Connect delivers those supports will remain unchanged. The only change is that services delivered from 1 July 2026 onwards will be invoiced at the current NDIS price limits where applicable.

Will my NDIS funding change?

The NDIA has advised that participant plans will begin to be indexed from 13 July 2026 to reflect the updated pricing arrangements. Indexation means the NDIA may increase funding in eligible plans to align with changes to NDIS price limits.

As a result, there may be a short period between 1 July 2026, when updated pricing takes effect, and the date your NDIS plan funding is adjusted by the NDIA.

It is important to note that indexation will not affect every participant’s plan in the same way. The impact will depend on the supports included in your NDIS plan and the price limits that apply to those supports.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required from you.

The updated pricing will automatically apply to services delivered from 1 July 2026 onwards in accordance with the terms of your Service Agreement.
