Depending on your plan, support may focus on receiving assistance with tasks or building your skills to complete them independently.
NDIS managed (Agency managed)
Mercy Connect is a registered NDIS provider, you can use us with agency-managed funding.
Plan managed
Send your plan manager our details and they’ll handle the invoicing.
Self managed
Self-managed participants can use any provider. We’ll invoice you directly.

If these supports are not currently included in your NDIS plan, you can request them at your next plan review. Your Support Coordinator or LAC can help you demonstrate how developing daily living skills will support greater independence and help you achieve your goals.
If you are new to the NDIS, you can discuss your need for support with daily tasks and skill development during your planning meeting so it can be considered in your plan.
