CAN’T FIND THE RIGHT ROLE?
Send us your resume anyway
If you’re interested in working at Mercy Connect but nothing’s the right fit right now, we’d still love to hear from you. We’ll keep your details on file and reach out when a relevant role opens up.
A place where your work has real meaning
We’re a regional organisation. That means you’ll see the difference your work makes, in real people’s lives, in the community you live in. Our team is close-knit, genuinely caring, and invested in each other’s growth.
Our values
LIFE AT MERCY CONNECT
Our team is made up of people who chose this work deliberately
We’re a regional organisation spanning from Albury-Wodonga to Central West NSW. That means the people you support are your community, the people you see at the shops on a Saturday. That closeness makes the work feel different. You don’t have to imagine whether what you do matters. You see it.
Our team is made up of people who chose this work deliberately. Not because it was the most obvious path, but because they wanted to do something that meant something. We look out for each other. We hold each other to a high standard. We celebrate the wins, and we show up when things are hard.
It won’t always be easy, the NDIS sector is real work, and some days are challenging. But if you’re looking for a team that has your back, an organisation that lives its values rather than just listing them, and work you’ll be proud of at the end of every day, Mercy Connect is the right fit for you.
