At Marian, residents are supported by a dedicated team of experienced staff who work closely with each individual to understand their goals and provide personalised, day-to-day support. The home is designed to support the development of daily living skills while creating a stable and supportive environment where residents feel safe and respected.

The property features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a large living area and a combined kitchen and dining space. There are also flexible areas that can be used for sensory or activity-based purposes, allowing the home to be tailored to individual needs and interests. Additional features include an internal laundry and a generous, flat backyard, offering both practicality and opportunities to enjoy outdoor living.

Current residents

The current resident is a male aged between 25 and 35 who benefits from a structured and predictable environment. He enjoys clear routines and values having quiet time in his own space to relax and recharge. He also enjoys music and bike riding, with opportunities to engage in activities that support his interests and wellbeing.

Support model at Marian Way

Support Rosters are tailored to each resident’s NDIS plan and individual needs. We work with incoming residents and their support networks during the intake process to design the right roster before move in.
