This Supported Independent Living (SIL) home offers a welcoming and thoughtfully designed environment where residents can enjoy privacy, comfort, and the support they need to build independence. Set within a connected community, the home provides a balance of personal space and shared experiences, supporting residents to live at their own pace while remaining engaged with those around them.

The home features three well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms promoting dignity and independence for every resident. A shared living and dining area creates a warm, social atmosphere, complemented by a modern, fully equipped kitchen ideal for everyday living and developing practical skills. Residents are supported by a dedicated team who work closely with each individual to understand their goals and provide tailored, day-to-day support.

The property is part of a broader community that includes additional units and a welcoming social hub, complete with an indoor kitchen and outdoor BBQ area, offering a great space for connecting with family, friends, and the wider community.

Current residents

Grevillea 3-4 is currently home to both one male and one female resident who are supported to build their independence and develop confidence in their day-to-day living skills. The household is warm and collaborative, with residents enjoying shared activities together and occasionally connecting with the connected community utilising the ‘Social Hub’ and Indoor kitchen and Outdoor BBQ area, perfect for social events such as BBQs and movie nights.

Support Rosters are tailored to each resident’s NDIS plan and individual needs. We work with incoming residents and their support networks during the intake process to design the right roster before move in.
