George Weily offers staffing from 6:00am -10:30am and 3:00pm – 8:00pm ensuring that participants receive essential support during the day. Additionally, the house provides non-active overnight support, ensuring residents’ well-being throughout the night.

Tenants are supported by a team who have extensive training, knowledge and skills to work with people with Intellectual Disability and Mental Health, Epilepsy, Diabetes and Schizophrenia. Staff have all completed comprehensive training on Autism, Mental Health and Understanding and responding to sexualised behaviours as well as First Aid.
