We’ll support you to try new things and get involved with your community

Our Day Program services support you to develop your skills and become more actively involved in the community. It’s about trying new things, finding a new activity that you enjoy and meeting new people, from arts and crafts, cooking, local excursions and Work crew – garden maintenance, there is something for everyone at Mercy Connect.

Our Day Program services are based in Albury and Central West, NSW. Our qualified and experienced Operations team will support you with what you need to make the best choice for you.

St John's Day Program Information (Thurgoona, NSW)

All programs outlined in the linked document are based at 30 Bottlebrush St, Thurgoona. 

The groups require a minimum of 3 participants per group, except for the 1:1 supports. The cost of the program is inclusive of transport where required, however it may be possible to claim the cost against the correct line item in your NDIS plan, following consultation with your Support Coordinator.

Catherine's Corner Day Program Information (Lavington, NSW)

All programs outlined in the linked document are based at 509 Urana Road, Lavington. 

The groups require a minimum of 3 participants per group, except for the 1:1 supports. The cost of the program is inclusive of transport where required, however it may be possible to claim the cost against the correct line item in your NDIS plan, following consultation with your Support Coordinator.

All programs outlined in the linked document are based at 10 Illamatta Way, Orange, NSW. 

The groups require a minimum of 3 participants per group, except for the 1:1 supports.
