Training packaged developed and provided for staff in relation to the preparation of texture modified diet and fluids to facilitate adherence to International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) guidelines.

Outcome: Testing Kits for all accommodation sites; Standardised Mealtime Management Plan template; training video.
