Our Children’s Respite – STA offers a comforting home away from home. Mercy Connect provide personalised support to help your child achieve their individual goals and assist both your child and your support network during their stay. Whether you need overnight, short, or extended stays, our safe and nurturing environment ensures your child will have the chance to learn new skills, engage in various activities, and foster their independence.

What can we offer?

At Mercy Connect, we have many options to support you whilst you reside with us.

This includes:

  • Supporting them 24/7.
  • Providing your child with fully accessible accommodation.
  • Services available to you during holiday breaks and public holidays.
  • A range of activities and programs for you to participate in, giving you the choice for how long you stay.
  • Overnight, short or extended stays are available.
  • Registered to provide respite services to both NSW and Victorian
    clients, including NDIS / Targeted Care Packages (TCP).
  • All staff have relevant Working with Children’s Checks and Probity Checks.

Our specialist Children’s Respite – STA options are suitable for children who have high or complex needs. It can also be accessed for planned rest or for emergency accommodation and may be used as often as required or once-off.

Where is this service available and who can I contact?

Our Children’s Respite – STA services are based in Albury, NSW. Our qualified and experienced Operations team will support your child with what they need to make the best choice for them.
