Current Support Model
Our current support model offers affordable, safe, and long-term secure accommodation within a welcoming community environment. Each unit is shared by two people, with residents benefiting from the presence of an on-site Welfare Officer, available for emergencies and additional support when needed. This model promotes greater community participation, helping to reduce isolation for individuals living in areas with limited access to social and lifestyle opportunities. It encourages the building of long-term friendships within a safe and supportive group setting. There are no up-front entrance fees or bonds required, ensuring accessibility for all. Residents also enjoy an increased capacity to make choices and participate in decision-making, with the flexibility to request extra assistance from on-site staff or engage external supports of their choice.
