Our 24-hour support is delivered by a highly skilled and well-trained team. They possess extensive expertise, knowledge, and experience in working with individuals with Intellectual Disability, Autism, Epilepsy, and Diabetes.
Our staff members have completed comprehensive training in various crucial areas including specialised training on Autism support, First Aid. Mental Health, and Understanding and Responding to Sexualised Behaviours, ensuring a safe and nurturing environments for all residents.
This brand-new villa is located within a welcoming community complex and is designed to meet High Physical Support SDA needs. The single‑level layout provides ease of access throughout the home.
The villa includes a modern kitchen, a comfortable living area, a well-designed bathroom, a European laundry, and a small private courtyard. It offers flexible support options, allowing residents to choose Supported Independent Living (SIL) or drop‑in supports depending on their needs.

In the Waratah complex, Villa 5 is detached with an additional four independent villas. There is an additional SIL accommodation facility which houses up to four participants (with an inactive overnight support)
The current residents of the SIL accommodation are female aged between 25-55.
The current villa residents are male and female ranging from 30-60.
