Megan has over 10 years of experience in governance and strategy from directorships at various local charities and not-for-profits.Â
Megan is a social worker with a background in therapeutic practice, working with children, young people and adults who have experienced trauma, particularly in the areas of sexual assault and family violence. Committed to evidence-based interventions, she brings a focus of trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centred approaches to clinical practice. Megan is passionate about quality service delivery that creates meaningful impact in the lives of people we support at Mercy Connect. Integral to Megan’s role, and what drew her to Mercy Connect, is the focus on Participant experience. She believes in people with disabilities having genuine voice in service and program design, ensuring that the supports people receive are accessible, purposeful and what people want.

- Diploma of Business (Governance)
- Master of Social Work
