Room Information
Each unit features two modestly sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. One bedroom includes an ensuite, while the other has access to a seperate bathroom.
The units come fully furnished, except for the bedrooms.
Current Support Model
- Affordable, supportive, safe, long-term secure accommodation.
- On-site Welfare Officer for emergencies.
- Increased community participation and lessening of isolation for people living in areas with limited access to lifestyle and social relationship choices.
- Building long-term friendships within a safe and supported
community group. - No up-front entrance fee or bond required.
- Increased capacity to make choices and be involved in decision making.
- Additional supports can be requested from on-site staff or with external supports of your choice.
Accessibility
- The unit is not wheelchair accessible.
- The unit is not suitable for people with high intellectual needs and physical disabilities.
Factors to consider if you are interested in applying:
- Age range of 18 – 60, any gender.
- The applicant is on disability support pension to pay rent.
- The applicant is prepared to sign (or a representative to sign) a Residence Agreement.
- The applicant is prepared to undergo a three-month probation.
