Abbeyfield Kooringal units offer style and comfort in a gated community complex with a caretaker on the premises for added security.
Each unit accommodates two people comfortably. These units are designed to provide accommodation for people without a physical disability as they aren’t accessible units. There are currently five vacancies across the units.

This purpose-built property is owned and staffed by Mercy Connect. The house opened in 2008 for men with intellectual disabilities and various behaviours of concern.
It offers 24 hours of day care with a support team who have extensive knowledge and skills to work with people with intellectual disabilities.
Tenants receive support tailored to their needs and enjoy activities that enhance independence and increase involvement in the community.

This exciting new development is designed to promote the needs of residents, whilst increasing accessibility to facilities, transport, and community inclusion activities.

Avondale Place provides you with a home away from home. We will support you with your individual goals and assist you and your network whilst you are staying with us.
You will be staying in a safe and supportive environment where you have the opportunity to learn new skills, participate in a range of activities and build your independence.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are currently open and suitable for people who have high or complex needs. It can also be accessed for planned rest or for emergency accommodation and may be used as often as required or as a one-off.
